To make it work on the English version of the game you have to simply import the file into Mafia II\pc\sds_en\text directory and it will work, though it will replace all the text with Russian text smile

Well I didnt try it on SAMP. Some people say it works fine, other say its bugged and glitched. Even dunno what to say about that situation.
People should just download it on their own caution of the possibility for bad things to happen.
