Of course , this mod will work , If you have the software mentioned on the mod page. All the mods on this site are capable of automatic installation ;
all you have to is to download it ,
unzip the .rar file ,
run the setup ,
locate the folder where the game is installed ,
hit the install button ,
And enjoy playing .

Which rule..? I don't think any rule is violated.
In fact this mod is a kind of fun.
Author must have a very funny mind.

Although the site ensures that there is no virus in the mod and it is true to some extend . But when I tried to down load some mods ; my anti virus ( Bitdefender ) warned me that the file contains files that might affect your PC. So , you have to download at your own risk.

Do the following-
1. Gta Sa < Data < carcols.dat.
2. Open carcols.dat with notepad.
3. Press control + F.
4. Then type "club" in it.
5. You will find some numbers written in it.
6. According to your problem ; I am sure that there wiil be only one number written continuously or once infront of "club".
7. After that add some several number of your own choice (from 1 to 40).
ALERT :- Do not forget to place commas after every number as done in other vehicle.
This should add some colors to your vehicle as specific number contain specific colors. ( Example 1,1 will add black and 2,2 will add white and so on).
IF I AM RIGHT ; LET ME KNOW.

A problem.. Not with he mod but with the uploader's PC.
There is some glitch or problem with enb used.
NOTICE: only the shadow of the bike is visible but we cannot see the shadow of the rider.

But I have tried to find it's author as the site does not contain the info. about it's author. I could not find him/her on the internet.
And the uploader was last seen online only at 26th March 2015.

When ever I refuel my vehicle, after that I cannot get of of my vehicle..

Then. You should search on the internet about the script which make S.W.A.T van shoot bullets.. Or learn scripting to make a cleo script of your own..

I have not installed this mod yet. But if this mod require Cleo 4 library then it have cleo script attached to the vehicle which adds additional feature to the existing vehicle. This features could be anything like firing bullets, missiles , opening of hatches etc.

I am also suffering from the same problem.
Additionally whenever I press F5 the game crashes down.
The moderators should take care of these kind of things during the moderation.
