Mac10 For Tmp for Counter-Strike Source

Mac 10 for TMP - My third Conversion!
What i did:
- Fixed the "thumb in gun bug"
- Fixed the clipping reload bug
- Silenced Mac10
- Edited the Shoot Anims
- Did high fps working w_models without consistency errors and an awesome phymodel!
