Excess AK47 for Counter-Strike Source

My very first time to animate a rifle. Obviously it didn't went that good.
I used this model because I didn't found any better. I know I can just use thoose who are uploaded here but when I exported them to 3dsmax they all got smoothing errors wich I wasn't able to fix:/
