Animation gate 2.4 for Euro Truck Simulator 2

This mod adds opening and closing the gate at the entrance to the loading and unloading points. By default, gate will be closed, and to enter the territory, you have to stop at the gate and wait for them to open.
Test on version 1.25, 1.26.
