Random events for Euro Truck Simulator 2

Mod simulator 24 new events which will occur on the roads of ETS 2, as well as edit existing random events added by the developers of SCS Software. Every new event has its own frequency of which depends on the complexity of the scene, i.e. minor accidents and damage to vehicles will occur more often than serious road traffic accident.
