Henry rifle system for Fallout New Vegas

This MOD adds a Henry rifle system.
The weapon has a low rate of fire, damage and medium strength.
This is offset by the increased lot store critical strike chance and cheap ammunition.
Suitable for shooting patrons 44 "special".
44 Magnum cartridges don't fit
(In reality this rifle have severed the receiver of such high-powered ammunition, so I made the rifle for low-end cartridges)

The rifle is at location "fishing hut" near the locker
+ put 100 rounds there 44 "special"
