Changes in v1.3.0.2:

provided that you are playing with modded Gear Box. Without Gear Box truck behaves as default.
To correctly Gear Box transfer switch you need to go to the settings Gear Box keys right ctrl W and in the field "transmission Type" to choose "simplified" and in the "Simplified settings" choose "transfer" then close the settings and enjoy realistic behavior of the truck.
