New Generic v2 for GTA 3

Several modification improves the texture of the GTA 3 by replacing textures in generic.txd on the new, more qualitative. The size of the textures from 256 x 256 to 1024 x 1024. In the second version changed the remaining texture (which had not been improved in previous versions), as well as improved old texture.
