Apartment Of Claude for GTA 3

Hello world! I did for Vice City, and GTA 3 decided to start now.
This MOD adds a flat on the first Island (on the radar is the "Purple House") in this apartment has everything you are looking for: weapons, armor, life, ammo for all weapons, there's a very good sniper position and there's very good hiding from the cops.

P.s there one little drawback when you come up to the window (where there are glass) the sink and can't get out so be careful
