Tunnel in the town of Spectre v2 for GTA 3

MOD that adds the tunnel to ghost in GTA 3 rather opens one of the previously closed tunnels on the 3rd Island).

List of changes to Tunnel To The Ghost Town ver. 2:

-Improved texture
-Removed barricades in front of the entrance to the tunnel
-Changed the trajectory of the tunnel
-Better way inside the tunnel
-Removed tunnel fade effect in ghost town (Who rocked the last version is the one seen this bug)
-Complete a conflict Of a ghost
