New textures asylum in Staunton Island for GTA 3

Even a long time ago I made this mod, but just today decided it lay out.
Replaced all the textures of asylum in second city, now everything will look where prettier!
-Average size of 512 * 512 textures;
-Replaced the texture inside the elevator;
-Replaced by plaques on the walls.
