Newtownhall R-TXD for GTA 3

New textures for high-rise building of city administration. All textures are high resolution and good quality. It was also fixed texture mapping, additional textures were imposed to make diversity, there are IIP-EI levels.

The previous modification had a nasty bug which resulted in texture in the Park of the stele could disappear. Now the trouble has been fixed. Model and textures come in the Kit.

Modification is part of a larger project-GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

The installation is successful and enjoyable game!
