Destroy the airtrain for GTA 3

This modification restores some beta code in GTA III, which allows the player to blow up plane airtrain.
In the final version of the game the player can only destroy the Dodo, which flies over the city. But, thanks to the German trailer, which shows the destruction
Airtrain, our skriptery, making a dance with a tambourine around C++, they were able to return unichtozhimost'.
Supports all versions of the game and Steam.
