Cam Hack (free camera) for GTA 3

Cam hack-free camera, allows you to freely change the camera position.
The up and down arrow keys-move the camera
Left and right arrow keys-turn camera
This script allows you to place the camera anywhere!

[W] and [S] is the height of the camera
Num +-free cam on/off
