Arrest Peds V for GTA 5

This mod allows you to arrest people. The arrest comes as ordinary passers-by and motorists.
Office mod:
Go to the passerby or car and press F3 to get passersby to stand still, and put your hands behind your head, go into a dense press F3 What would put on him and go to his car and arrested will go for you, and sit in the back seat, take him to the police station, or release by pressing F3.
