Russian license plates v.1.0 for GTA 5

This MOD changes the English (Latin) font license plates in Russian (Cyrillic). Now your name or message to other drivers, you can write a normal Russian words.
Pros:
-Russian inscriptions
-text coincides with the Russian keyboard layout
-new characters have a new bump file
Cons:
-MOD replaces the file that contains the texture mud and car tires, if you changed them, then have to put anew
-due to the fact that the letters in the English alphabet is less, than in Russian, some letters are not available (yo, x, b, b, e, f, e)
