Mod allows you to take NPCS hostage and use them as cover, push, or simply kill them. Opponents will try not to shoot at you, as their ally in danger (e.g. police), so you can use it to regenerate part of health, and then kill a hostage. Hostage invulnerable to bullets, making them a very good shield.
