Health and Armour Regen for GTA 5

This MOD adds a GTA 5 full health and armor regeneration, regeneration is not very quickly so as not to tip the balance in the game. Because immortality in the game is boring. GTA 5 standard has a regeneration of life but it is only 50%, but very fast now after 50% will be further regeneration armor and health. The MOU also requires LUA plugin
