The Savehouse Mod (Houses, Hotels, Custom Savespots) 0.8.8 for GTA 5

From this mod you can buy houses in GTA V.

Features
-BUY HOUSES-APARTMENTS
Go to your local Real Estate office and buy the house of your dreams. Look at the stunning interiors and be amazed by the beautiful views.
-RENT HOTELROOMS-APARTMENTS
Visited a friend and too drunk to drive then rent a hotel room and enjoy the nice comfy beds. Or rent an apartment if you can’t afford a house. All with nice and easy going interiors.
-CREATE CUSTOM SAVESPOTS
No properties to your liking. Then create a custom savespot, buy the interior you want and live as a king.

Keyboard Controls
-Mod on-off key "Ctrl + Num 0".
-Custom Savehouse key "Ctrl + Num 1".
-Blips off key "Ctrl + Num 7".
-Blips on key "Ctrl + Num 9".
-GUI Menu Navigate up "Num 8".
-GUI Menu Navigate down "Num 2".
-GUI Menu Enter-Accept "Num 5".

Instructions
Due to wardrobes introduction in 0.8.8, new variable "did_frank_move" was added to mod options. Please open savehouse_mod.lua in "scripts/addins" folder with Notepad and change "did_frank_move = false" to "did_frank_move = true" if Franklin in your save file has already moved from his aunt's house to Vinewood Hills mansion.
Also please note that our mod is not compatible with Open All Interiors Mod, since they both use otherwise unaccesible interiors.
