Support Helicopter 1.0 for GTA 5

Spawn an helicopter and crew that follows the player and engages enemies.

Usage:
Spawn helicopter: F10 (can be changed in INI)

Bugs and future improvements:
- Bodyguards (tested with ENT-spawned bodyguards) will try to shoot at the heli, and the heli will shoot back.
- Valkyrie gunners are dumb.
