Oil Life V 1.0 for GTA 5

This mod adds fuel logistics gameplay to Grand Theft Auto V:
- Petrol stations have live fuel tanks;
- You can fill stations from a tanker or drain stations into a tanker;
- A refinery can refill your tanker;
- Station capacities and consumption vary based on zone density.

- ScriptHookVDotNet V3

Controls:
- E: Interaction key
- E at a fleet marker: Opens the fleet spawn model selection menu
- R: Drains the station into the tanker
- T: Stops the current transfer
- Arrow keys: Navigate menu rows and preview or switch models
- ENTER: Confirms model selection or triggers the selected menu action
- BACKSPACE: Closes the fleet model menu
- F6: Toggles the tanker or station capacity panel
- F7: Forces a reload of the configuration from OilLifeV.ini
- F8: Toggles the station overview panel.

Gameplay Notes:
- You must be on foot to interact with station and refinery markers.
- Bring the configured tanker model near a station or refinery before starting a transfer.
- The fleet spawn marker opens a model selection menu with live model preview.
- Use "Spawn Vehicles" in that menu when you are ready to create the packer and tanker.
