After purchasing your permanent Black Ops Badge, you gain access to the FIB Black Ops Operations Center, where classified missions are coordinated from the 49th Floor Communications Office inside FIB Headquarters.
Take command from the Operations Board and choose between two fully featured mission types:
- Terror Cell Operations
- Hostage Rescue Assaults
From intelligence gathering and witness interviews to tactical assaults, hostage extractions, evidence recovery, and mission debriefings, every contract offers a unique storyline, objectives, locations, enemy encounters, and rewards.
Operate from your own fully functional Black Ops Command Center within FIB Headquarters as you defend San Andreas against domestic and international threats.

How to Play:
1. Travel to FIB Headquarters in Downtown Los Santos.
2. Locate the FIB Black Ops Recruitment marker.
3. Purchase your permanent Black Ops Badge for $250,000.
4. After recruitment, the marker will move to the FIB Black Ops Operations Center.
5. Enter the FIB building.
6. Take the first elevator to the 49th Floor Communications Office.
7. Approach the Operations Board and press E to open the Operations Menu.
8. Select one of the available missions:
- Terror Cell Operations
- Hostage Rescue Assaults
9. Complete all objectives assigned during the operation.
10. Return safely to FIB Headquarters for your debriefing and payment.
11. Visit the Operations Board again to begin another classified mission.
Known Issues:
- During Hostage Rescue missions, rescued hostages may briefly stop while attempting to enter your vehicle.
- If this occurs, simply exit the vehicle for a moment. The hostage will immediately enter, allowing you to get back in and continue the extraction.
- Enemy map blips may not always display the exact position of hostile suspects. This will be improved in a future update.
