Improved carcols.dat for GTA Vice City

This mod adds a lot more color options for cars. If the standard is present 94 options, with this mod they become 199! There are many desired colors, lots of variations! This mod does not change the color appearance of conventional machines: it over adjust themselves.
Colors for cars match the colors in the table on the last screenshot.
Note: if you install the setup program on the CD, then put only on a clean game, because the color of your mods-cars just will carry, and will become standard. Who manual - just copy the document for the required string (95-199), and insert in the right place.
Bugs: 155 color of the table is not true, in reality it is bright green! Some colors may be slightly brighter or darker than the table.
