Beta Leftovers Fix for GTA Vice City

1. Fixed map at Sunshine Autos.
2. Replaced Board tablet and Landstalker on
Board Vice city.
3. Fixed texture Sabre Turbo in the commercials.
4. Fixed saver Mr. Vercetti on
gameplay.
5. Fixed part of the radar, where instead of the alley
displayed street.
6. Changed Desert eagle from the cutscene with
using Colt45.
7. Fixed wheel wind machines.
8. Modified MP5K from the start on normal
MP5.
9. Fixed the appearance of Rosenberg's office.
