DMagic1 Wheel Mod v3.0 FIXED for GTA Vice City

A corrected version of the mod, which is needed for the correct display of wheels in replacement standard cars.
In the absence of this mod, many cars that you install in the game may not display the wheels correctly, or the game may crash.
This version fixes a bug related to the absence of modified default.dat and default.ide, due to which the previous version (published on the website) worked incorrectly.
