B 8 - activation;
B 9 - deactivation;
W, A, S, D - moving the camera;
Arrows - camera rotation;
Shift -lower the camera;
Space - raise the camera.

No one made a mod like this so I made one (still first version) this fixes the death row dialogue, audio. And in the mission 'Keep Your Friends Close...' Uncorrected subtitles and audios, example: Tommy says twenty mil in the first cutscene, and says three mil in the second cutscene. And the subtitles say three mil in first cutscene and twenty in second, this mod fixes and makes it both twenty. These problems weren't fixed in 'defintive edition' they only changed the subtitles. I'm open to suggestions.

This script is compatible with modifications:
1. ClassicAXIS (if you manually disable vehicle camera from the .ini file);
2. First-person mod from GeniuSZ;
