Cleo is a script that adds a little realism from the world of GTA 4. Now the icons of objects (weapons, clothes, businesses) will not spin in the air, but will lie on the ground.
The mod was tested on version 1.0

This script allows you to control a free camera. Where you can explore the whole city and every location.
Management:
B 8 - activation;
B 9 - deactivation;
W, A, S, D - moving the camera;
Arrows - camera rotation;
Shift -lower the camera;
Space - raise the camera.

This script will allow you to use a free camera in the car.
The camera is exactly the same as in GTA San Andreas.
This script is compatible with modifications:
1. ClassicAXIS (if you manually disable vehicle camera from the .ini file);
2. First-person mod from GeniuSZ;
3. GInput.
Attention! For the script to work correctly, it is required gta-vc.exe version 1.0, the script DOES NOT WORK on other versions!!!

The latest, at the moment, version of CLEO from 05.11.2021.
-Added operation codes 0AB3 0AB4
-Opcode 05EE is now compatible with the old version key code (CLEO1.0.0.6)
-Fixed a problem causing the game to hang

This mod spawn a random vehicle with swat.
The player will enter it as a passenger.
The player has a time to enter it.
Use code 'DR1' to use the service.
When the player enter the vehicle:
The player has to pay 100$.
If the player don't have 100$ he will exit the vehicle.
Press Y to Yes and N to No.
If you press Y:
It will take the player to random side.
I don't know what is the importance but it's fun. :)

You can create explodes with this mod.
Use this code to get weapon:
M G F W.
Use this code to switch mode:
M G W F.
Use right and left mouse to fire.

With this mod, you will be able to cut off the head of any pedu with a katana or machete, from the 1st time.
There was already such a mod, but this one is better in terms of implementation.

Usage:
Type "PANTHER" to turn into Black Panther and back.

Controls

Hit Any Car To Destroy Any Car
Hit Any Ped To Kill Any Ped
When You Have Wanted The Cops Will Shoot You And The Energy Will Charged
And Press the "M" Button To Create Shockwave Around Radius 10
