Tools for GTA Vice City

The program is used to replace *. Txd and *. Dff files in GTA3 / Vice City. To install a mod in GTA Vice City first do the following: go to the Tools menu, select the Options tab and clear the check box next to GTA3 IMG Archives, otherwise will not work.
