New version of Mod Manager

Dear visitors! We are pleased to provide you with an updated version of our Program Mod Manager!

Version 0.2 still has a \"beta\", status of but we have tried to make it more stable and fix many bugs.

Changes in the programme:
✔ Added icons for all games (to display the current list of games)
✔ Added option to change the account name of the game
✔ Added option to change the path for the game in a specific user account (if you have moved the game)
✔ The list of modifications now displays a replaceable model if the mod replaces transport
✔ Added system of localization and translation into English
✔ Now when installing a mod for a replaceable model which has been already replaced the old mod will be automatically removed at first, and only after that the new one will be installed.
✔ Startup program functionality has been brought to the stability at system startup. It can be enabled or disabled in the programme settings. Runs on all versions of Windows.

And the most important thing at the end:
✔ Added automatic update mechanism! Now all the subsequent versions of the program will no longer require reinstallation. The update will be done automatically while being online. From now on, you will always have the latest version of the program and will be able to use the most modern \"chips\" in the world of modding games!
