Changes in v4 (V3 skipped due to fast refresh)
-More light texture of grass
Darker asphalt road
-New textures of cement, doubled
-Repainted lampposts light poles
-Less joints in concrete slabs
-New HD mud on wheels
-Bright days, more shadows
-Fixed water-it looks more naturally
-Game day is always set to "sunny day" by default
