Nevahs Realm for TES V: Skyrim

It is a large island Just West Of Riften. It has a fully functioning store and pub as well as a nice sized player home. It also has a pond with a fire pit to the side and a shack with food stuffs. On the South West side of the island is a door set in a small cave. The door leads to another realm with a very large island. The island has a beach house, ship, lighthouse, Palace, look out, servants quarters, armoury and a door to another cave. Inside this cave is a large area with a waterfall, stream, pond, a few new seating/lookout spots and another player home called Nevah's Rest. Inside this home is a hidden door at the back of a wardrobe. In this new hidden area is a large underground pond for bathing and a bedroom area.

Location.
It is located just West of Riften. There are three ways to get there, the first is swim from the shore either South West of Riften or North West of Riften. The second is a bridge to the South West of Riften, if you exit Riften through the South gate then take the path west you should see a bridge to your right. The third way is a teleport statue just out side the Riften North gate. It will be to your left just as you exit Riften.
