This mod will make chickens die in different way depending on the cause of the death.
sword - decapitate, cut in pieces
hammer - crush
fire - leave a burned corpse
frost - freeze in block of ice that you can smash after, or not
Works for all kind of weapons and spells.

This mod required:

SKSE for TES V: Skyrim

Minimum version of the patch, which is necessary for this modification - 1.7.
