`A basic mod to improve the shivs stats in game

To get a shiv you need to do the quest "no-one escape cidhna mine" or you can use the console commands. For those who don't know to open console commands press "`" the key next to "1" then type in "player.additem 000426C8 1" and you will get a shiv
