Flamerend for TES V: Skyrim

In Skyrim, a legendary sword was forged with the power of ice. Infused with the elements of the frozen tundra, Chillrend was created! The sword was passed down from trading, looting, bribery, prizes, stealing, and much more.

But one thing was not mentioned in it's creation. For another sword was forged. A prototype before chillrend was perfected. It proved unstable and was long forgotten. Cast asunder like a piece of worthless trash.

One day, not to long ago, it was discovered by a simple citizen of Solitude. Not knowing what they had found, they took it swiftly home to the Winking Skeever Inn. Up the stairs they went, and into their room. There it lies, unused. A virgin blade that desperately awaits the taste of fresh blood.

Will you be the one to wield Flamerend? Or will you ignore it's presence like so many before you?
