Statistics a little more than the standard steel two-handed sword, a little easier and faster, but has a narrower scope.

A two handed sword which can be found in the temple of Talos in Windhelm.

SoulMaster's Fire Arrows.
When fired the Arrows leave a flaming trail through the air, then explode on impact!

This mod adds the (Soul) Reaver to Skyrim!

The Soul Reaver is available in both 1 Hand and 2 Hand versions, with 2 versions of each depending on which way you want the skull to face (towards yourself for the firstperson view, or away from yourself for the thirdperson crowd or people that like to stare at the back of a skull)

It is on the leveled list for blacksmiths, and other merchants who sell weapons. It should appear at level 36 just like the other ebony weapons.

To craft it you need the ebony smithing perk, and the same materials to craft the regular ebony sword and ebony great sword. It can be upgraded with 1 ebony ingot.
