Sniper and Arcade sight for World Of Tanks

Convenient sights "compass": sniper, arcade and mixing for World of Tanks patch 0.7.3. Maximum usefulness and simple design: the distance to the target, the number of life tank in%, timer reloading, etc.

-fixed some bugs.
-reduced brightness of the text.
