just a tip:
if you go into your Cleo folder and delete the script "benzin" that will delete your fuel script so you can have unlimited fuel

it will probably be a problem with the skin then.
try and send a message to the uploader and address the problem
in the meantime you may have to find another model

that problem may be with your server and not the model.
try it in plain GTA SA and see what happens.

I am uploading the files now, but it will probably be a few days until it gets accepted by the moderators. (if it gets accepted at all)
But keep coming back each day and chances are it will be up then.
