there are a few mods like this but none with the script or new glass (the glass has a separate txd).
but if you want more retextured and revitalised let me know what you want done

it tells me cheat is activated but then it doesn't shoot cars just same old bullets.
And yes i have tried every weapon on the list.

chances are that the activation button is different for different countries keyboard (this may mean "z" on a Russian keyboard)

It should spawn close to the rest of the vehicles at every airport if not get in a car and drive away and then come back to it to reload the script

if you want it to work somewhat you can spawn it you can spawn it on a hillside and get in it the it will kind of pick the balance up and you will be able to ride it for a bit (provided its in a straight line)

make sure you save it before you open the game and/or make sure you are editing the gta3 file in the GTA San Andreas folder not your backup one (if you have one)

there is no download because it is a map picture not a file;
in windows 7/8/8.1 use sniping tool if you want to save it to your files.
not sure for Linux/MAC
but if right clicked on will produce an option for save as.

and I also love how the whole front of the car is the bonnet; therefore you can make it fall off :)
