Handling ED for GTA San Andreas

This program allows you to edit the transport settings in the game GTA San Andreas.
When you first start the program you must specify the path to the file handling.cfg. It is usually located in the data folder, which is located in the folder with the game GTA SA.

You can edit the parameters such as vehicle weight, type of drive, control and so on.
Handling ED supports two languages - Russian and English.
