Carl can now use your laptop anywhere!
The laptop has a variety of features such as:
Hack the police database [removes wanted level]
Online pharmacy [replenish health]
Listen to music [music can be changed]
The notebook also features realistic sounds on and off.

To start using notebook press left-Alt
