UAZ-3170 for BeamNG.Drive

Features:
-qualitative model is made entirely in 3D;
-has high quality textures, reflections and shadows;
-model has a quality skeleton, written from scratch;
-skeleton is registered correctly, with all its functions;
model has a standard animation: steering wheel, speedometer arrows, pedals, PPC;
-a fully working suspension.
