Meat Cleaver

Hi there. This has to be one of the oldest gun models for CSS so I decided to revamp it just a tad. Recompiled it so the animation sounds are functioning fully again and not just silent; edited the ref map to make the silver slide seem a tad more 'polished' than before and tweaked the origins just a bit.
