Graphic mods for GTA 3

Texture translation from Yandex Translator Voice acting from AI v1.3 from 07/31/2024 (from Stepan01wz)
This mod is not an official game localizer! This mod was created for fun, just to complete the game, or to have a laugh.
More than 125 textures have been translated in this mod. In the next version of the mod, it is planned to translate the text and refine the textures.

The effects were taken from the global fashion Ray To Life.
I took my old mod "Beautiful effects for low PC" and decided to improve it.

The mod is well suited for those who have not reached 18 years of age and for the Russian version of the game.
Mod replaces a lot of textures in the game, removes signs for adults and other textures not made for children. Still the mod makes a lot of standard textures in the superior quality and adds new.
Textures were taken from the game "Ray To Life"
I'm allowed to take textures of other users, and add in your mods, enjoy :)

Mod replaces a lot of effects in the game:
*New moon
*New reflection in cars
*New paper and leaves on the roads
*New lights and headlights
*New shards and splinters if you crash
*New fire
*The new signs on the traffic lights
*New shade
*And so on...
