Staunton R-TXD (Mipmapped) for GTA 3

New textures for the University and multi-storey parking lots on the island of Staunton. All textures are high resolution and good quality. From the previous versions feature an IPI-EI levels.

Modification is part of a larger project-GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

The installation is successful and enjoyable game!
