Hospital R-TXD (DLF) for GTA 3

New textures for the hospital in Staunton Island. All textures are high resolution and good quality.

From the previous version is characterized by the MIP-EI levels.

Models adapted to script dynamic lighting from DimZet13 (comes).

Modification is part of a larger project-GTA3: Kostygov Edition.

The installation is successful and enjoyable game!
