N-Weather 2.0 for GTA 3

A slight modification that modifies the file timecyc.dat, which is responsible for the weather in the game. My goal was to highlight the bleak atmosphere of Liberty City.

In this version, more attention was paid to the sunny weather. Other weather conditions were removed inappropriate sunlight glare. Also, the draw distance was changed, but, based on the difference of the weather conditions, each drawing its own range.

Modification is part of a larger project-GTA3: Lovely Brutal World.

Well, like, everything.

The installation is successful and enjoyable game!
