NoClip 1.0 for GTA 3

This mod adds to the game NoClip.
It is now possible to move very quickly and fly through the city!

Management:
N - Activate NoClip
F or Enter to Disable NoClip
Shift - Up
Space - Fall
W, A, S, D or arrows - Move by Claude

This is an improved version NoClip for GTA Vice City from the author of the HOoliGAN.
Unfortunately GTA 3 no opcode or one that would freeze the player's position, so I had to freeze time.
There were some bugs when enabled NoClip, if you go into pause, the text may disappear, therefore, the Council somewhere to land and to turn off NoClip, and then we go to a break.
This is still version 1.0, may eventually be will improve!
