ZIL 130 40 AC for GTA 4

Great fire 6th Zil 130 modification! Where in CRRage!

Features of the model:

Changes from byShein:
-Replaced by rooms to rooms of the Nizhny Novgorod region (especially for CRRage) and added a bump texture, creating a 3D effect
-Replaced with the inscription "the Valley" on the inscription "Arzamas" (especially for CRRage)
-Fully peretekstureny lights
-Peretekstureny rims
-Peretekstureny strips
-Properly configured "pistol" (with a small margin of error, the water goes slightly below)
-Made a new conflict
-Added the inside hood
-Both flashing beacon made blue

Cons:
-Fog don't break
-No beacons inside flashers
