American Motors Corporation (AMC) was an American automotive Corporation from 1954 to 1987 year.
The company was founded January 14, 1954 onwards as a result of the merger of two small manufacturers Nash-Kelvinator Corporation and the Hudson Motor Car Company. At that time it was the largest merger in the United States.
